Some of the customised products would have the personalisation carried out through a manual process of Screen Printing/Heat Embossing/Engraving which might lead to slight variance in character alignment and spacing.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged with original packaging and tags) the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- For exchange, the production timeframe would be same as original time required. Only 1 exchange is permitted.
- Customer will bear the shipping charges associated with return/exchange.
- All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.
- For other non-personalized/ customized orders, please mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of placing the order with your order ID. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production or dispatch has not been initiated by the designer and is at the sole discretion of the designer. Our support team will confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.
1. Customer can choose to get a full refund or replacement in follow cases:
- If the product is not as per image/description provided on the website
- If the product is defective, damaged or the wrong product is delivered
In above cases if customer wants a replacement and a replacement is possible, I will bear all shipping charges involved. In case of refund, it will be processed only after the product is received back in original condition. The customer would be refunded full amount
2. In case the order delivery is delayed more than the promised deadline, the buyer can claim a full refund if the product has not been received by the Buyer. If the product is received after the delivery date, the product should be couriered back to the seller and the refund will be processed after.
